Well, I know that I haven't been faithful to my blog, and again, I am sorry. But life is so busy right now, and I plan on it staying busy for another 2 years, at least until I finish my Nursing Program! So far, Nursing is Great! I really love my teachers and love my new friends that I have made. Yes, it is hard and very challenging, but Hey, I am up to the challenge! I started my clinicals in a nursing home and I actually love that setting. I thought that that would not be a place where I would want to work, but I could see myself working where ever now! Being able to take care of any person really makes me feel good about myself! I always wondered what my talents were that God blessed me with. I love to teach, but with Baker, that has become a challenge to be dedicated to teaching Sunday School, and I love to sing... and you will usually find me with a song coming out of my mouth! But to feel like I have found my calling, really makes me feel blessed. I feel like I am already a better mother for Baker, and that was the goal in the first place! So Look out world... I may be taking care of you or your family one day!! ;)
Now for the main reason people get on my blog... Baker!! I can't believe I am saying this, but tomorrow morning I am getting up and getting my son (who has beaten all odds) ready for his Kindergarten Screening... I pray that he will go up there tomorrow and show out... and NOT act rotten (which he loves to be)! I know he knows his letters and number and colors and shapes and can count... but him actually doing it when they ask will be the challenge!! But I am ready for this new milestone! Baker loves going to preschool and he is capable of learning, so I am excited to see him grow!
Now for a few pictures from Easter...
This has sorta been a tradition... KayKay helps us color eggs!!
Final Product!
Hulk and Spiderman Eggs... Baker has been on a Superhero kick!!
I hope that you and your family had a Blessed Easter!! And I hope that you celebrated the meaning of Easter!
