Make a wish... Part 1

Well... Are you ready for a picture overload?? Well get ready, this is just the beginning! I have tons of pictures for you to see but I am gonna start with the place that we stayed!!! Give Kids the World Resort... it is a WONDERFUL place and we can't wait to go back to visit!!

This is our ride for the week!! It was SO nice and made me want to buy it!! HA!! The gas was amazing... $85.50 to get from Orlando to Home!! Yep... Amazing!!

Another view with the tv... Derek was happy that he was able to watch tv and fall asleep... me on the other hand, was not very excited!! :)

Notice all the Christmas Cheer!!! It was there when we got there... Which made it special cause Santa had a tree to put the presents under!! 

This is Baker's bathroom... And yes, I used this tub... once or twice!! HA!!

The Castle of Hearts...

This was on top of one of the buildings... with the train station and put put golf...

And all the stuffed animals inside!! 

 

All those are stars of children who have had wishes to go to Disney... Amazing huh... of this is maybe a 10th of all the stars in the Castle!!! 

Baker LOVED this trash can!!! It would suck the trash from your hands!! 

Good Bye Villa 186!!! 

We went back to check out Baker's Star... See it??? It says Baker Man and will be there forever!!! 

And this is the golf cart that I want Derek to build for Baker!!! :) He LOVED riding in it!!!

Disney Send off Party

 I am pretty sure that I already posted our count down to Disney, but we are back and had a BLAST!!! You would have thought we were famous people with all the special treatment we got!! 4 Days before we left we had Baker a send off party... Just something to get all the family and friends together. We rented the skating rink cause it is usually a place that we can put Baker in and he will just drive all around. But this time he decided to turn up his speed and was Zooming around... which of course scared me... not for him but for all the other kids skating or riding toys!!!

This is his Cake Table... I saw the table idea on pinterest... I think it was supposed to be red on bottom but Oh well... still looks cute!! :)

And this was his cake!! And it was SO yummy!!! 

 This is some decoration... and our countdown... Down to 4 days!!! I was really lucky... I borrowed all the bowls and decorations from 2 people! So thanks Mere and Connie!!

We were so thankful to be part of Make-A-Wish and want to encourage family and friends to choose them as their charity of choice!!

Halloween 2012

 Happy Halloween from Buzz Lightyear!!! Hard to believe that is is already November, but this year has been amazing so far! I did want to brag on Baker's spaceship that my husband worked very hard on! I showed him a picture of a toy spaceship and this is what he cam up with!! Simply Amazing! 

 I will say that the wings were straight... until Baker started driving and hit the bushes. He literally was in if less than 3 minutes and Boom... At least they stayed for the night!!

 I was pretty proud of this picture!! All of us looking at the camera!! HA!! Derek and I had a WONDERFUL night just watching Baker ride around!! 

 If you notice the back, there are 3 boosters and it was hard to get a real picture of Baker and the "Fire" from the blastoff in the same picture! This is the best I got!! 

Just a Few pictures at Trunk or Treat

 This next picture was Great!! Mike was a robot and had flashing lights, and shot candy out!!

And this just cracks me up!!! Gotta love Taylor!!

Disney World Countdown

Today begins our countdown to Disney World!!! Baker was so excited to pull the first tab off the countdown board... 49 Days and Counting!!!!

I Love my countdown board... I still haven't wrote on the last pin yet, but I think it is very cute!! And it is Great Fine Motor skills... pinching the cloths pin!! ;) Not to mention it was SUPER easy!! I traced bowls and my husband used a jigsaw to cut around it. A little paint, and my cricut font, Waltograph (downloaded from Dafont.com) and TaDa!!!

Baker is very excited for his Make-A-Wish Trip, and So am I!! Not only because Disney is the BEST place ever, but because I know how much Baker will love it!!! And I can't wait to see his face when he experiences it all!!!

Tooth Fairy Time

 Yep... You heard correctly... Baker lost his First Tooth!! I couldn't believe it when his nurse called me to tell me!! I knew the tooth fairy was NOT ready!!! So we had to make do with that we had!!! 

 

My cousin's little girl had just lost her tooth the day before and told me all about how the Tooth Fairy left fairy dust all in her bed and on her window, and she was excited for Baker to have some fairy dust too, so fairy dust he got!!!  Just not in his bed! And yes... to Tooth Fairy didn't have any change, so, Lucky Baker!!!

Oh, and I wanted to share Baker's 1st school pictures!! I can't believe he did so good for them!! But I heard that his crazy teacher stood behind the camera and made a crazy sound!!! (Thanks Carrie)

Make A Wish

Well we are SO EXCITED to announce that Baker's Make-A-Wish is finally coming true!!! We will be spending Christmas with the animals at Animal Kingdom!!! So Disney, the Mitchell's will be there soon!! 

Baker got his wish token in the mail the other day!! It is good for one wish only!!  And there was a Buzz Lightyear stamp!! Baker, of course, loved that!!!

And here is the card that they sent him! It has all his Friends from Make-A-Wish!! 

And as you can tell, Baker is READY for Disney!!! 

HUGE thanks to the McGuire's for the Mickey Ears!!! They just got back and brought Baker a present which helped get him excited to go!! And to be honest... I think I am just as excited ... if not more excited than anyone!!!
